We are a ‘hands on’ organisation, working with people at a grass roots level in practical terms, to give assistance and provide support to those who need it.
We keep an open door policy to the challenged children, and we are known for our open acceptance and care of HIV+ orphan children. In Muniguda we are the only NGO with such care in all of western Odisha. You can be assured that the gifts and donations received are used for the most needy children to achieve the maximum outcome. With the increased cost of everything from clothing to cooking oil, sponsorship is essential to give the standard of care expected for a child.
In the cities where we work, we offer the ‘street’ children on railway station platforms without parents an opportunity to receive off-platform care. We continue to look after these children by way of Child Sponsorship.
A 12 month commitment of $360 ($90 a quarter) will supplement one child’s food, medical expenses and care for the whole year. All donations to New Hope Australia above $ 2 are tax deductible under DGR Status. You will receive electronic progress updates and photo for your sponsored child every three months.
